Parkway is wonderful !!! They helped my 15 week old puppy, Molly, who was having an allergic reaction to her final puppy shots. She was vomiting and her sweet little face was swelling up at 10 pm last night. Their caring and compassion put my husband and I at ease. Our puppy was examined and treated quickly by Dr Tia Curry and her staff. Dr Curry then called us to explain exactly what was happening and how she was treating Molly. In such a stressful situation we were pleasantly relieved by their courteous and professional handling of this situation. Prices were extremely reasonable. I hope we never have to visit an emergency veterinarian again but I do know if need be we'll go to Parkway. They are Amazing. Thank you so very much !!

The staff were quick to respond and were excellent at staying in touch providing updates during my dog’s stay. They even followed up to check on him after he was discharged! The staff are compassionate and informative - I trusted them completely to take care of my very sick pup.

I've been in the parking lot for two hours now with my sick pet. No communication on wait time other than \an hour to three hours.\ they also told me owners are not permitted to use the restroom even with the long wait times so I had to drive down the street to the racetrack. They then let someone else use the bathroom. There appears to be an option to check in online as stated by signs out front. After filling out all the information on the website we called and they said they don't use the website. Edit: it's now been five hours and our dog has received one blood test

We were very pleased with the service we received for our four month old kitten. We arrived at 7:30. Lindy hadn’t eaten in 3 days. He was treated earlier in the morning at a different vet clinic where it was assumed he was simply car sick. After the treatment He should have improved within a few hours but actually grew worse. we are traveling in our motor home so as soon as we found an open clinic we stopped again. The staff handled things very professionally even though they were extremely busy. We weren’t seen until 9:00 but considering the severity of ailments of the pets seen before us it was perfectly understandable. The vet did tests we didn’t think were applicable to Lindy’s problem but what did we know. He’s back to his usual playful self and began eating and drinking this morning. Thank you to the staff .

After being emotional and in a panic of getting my dog to the vet at 1am in the morning, because she was actively dying. Very sad to hear her in so much pain. I pulled up to a parking spot with a number and was told to call when I got there. So I arrive and try to call. It took my four consecutive phone calls for someone to finally pick up the phone. The girl that answered was nice and soft spoken but didn’t seem to know much about the process of a lot of things. I was immediately greeted by a blonde and another tech who stood behind me and watched me have to get my dog out of the backseat of my car. After they took her back they came out a short time later and I felt immediately attacked by the demeanor she was displaying and the way she was asking her questions as if I did something to my dog to cause what was happening! They were very unprofessional and very rude!!! Unbelievable and the whole time I am crying yet trying to keep myself together. After I made a very tough decision to put her down, I got to say my goodbyes and love on her one more time. When they brought her back out to me neither tech showed any compassion and offered their condolences. I would not go back here ever unless it was truly an emergency and we needed the help RIGHT AWAY!
