So I didn't end up buying a car here, but not from lack of trying on their part or mine, they just didn't have the cars I wanted. But I wish they had because they were so incredibly easy to deal and completely transparent. I was shopping online, and I wouldn't have been able to come in until deliver, and unlike most dealers they were happy to deal over email and by phone. I haven't had a better experience when shopping for a car, and I have no reason to doubt the final paperwork would be any different.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! This is the second review I've posted. I returned my lease to trade in for a new lease, they inspected and appraised the car while I was there. After agreeing to put 1500.00 down because of excess mileage, we had a deal. 3 months later I receive a bill for 2000.00 for excess miles. I NEVER AGREED TO THIS AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!! I never made this deal. The manager contacted me and asked to remove the scathing review and that he would take care of it. I remove it and NOW they are sending me a bill for 738.00. The lies continue! I've been leasing cars for 30 years and I've never had such a terrible car buying experience. They've lost my business, my kids business and anyone else I come in contact with. Way to go Parkway!
So all the good reviews are friends and family and anyone who hasn't had to talk to these guys passed the sale stage. Absolutely avoid this place like the plague! Bought a jetta 14 in October by Jan needed a new transmission I had the warranty and still had to pay over 500 and they gave me a used one and didn't cover the rental car. Now my radiator exploded the other day and they want to say its my fault and charge me 2k. Everything they offer is bogus I call road side asst ( that come with purchase) and they say my coverage was canceled when they finally realize that its not they take 6 hours to show up left me twice in the middle of traffic like a jackass. Every company that's partnered with them is bogus and this company is bogus. Here's a picture of my Jetta they say I abuse. Looks Super abused right? You've been warned.
We purchased two vehicles from Parkway and both times the experience was fantastic. Manny was an exceptional salesman with a very calm demeanor and no pressure presence. We gave him criteria and he met our requirements with professionalism. The service department is up front and courteous. They provide recommendations without hassle if you choose to wait. They also do what they can to accommodate our needs as they arise. It is a dealership that others should strive to be like.
This is in regards to the service and parts department of this dealership. My husband took my car to have an oil change done; everything went well while he was there, but he decided to check the oil once home. The oil was over filled, and we just decided to have future oil changes done somewhere else. This isn't a big deal, but was the first thing we weren't comfortable with. The next experience we had dealt with the parts department. Ordering parts with them was very easy on a Saturday afternoon. We were told the parts would be available on the following Wednesday, which my husband tried to pick up. He arrived before 5:30pm, but the department was locked up and closed. (The hours for service and parts is 7:30-6 during the week.) I decided to go the following morning and arrived at 8am. Again, they were not open, and I waited around for 15 minutes before leaving and running another errand. I ended up calling around 8:40 to make sure the parts department was open before trying again on my way home. I was successful in getting the parts and Carlos was very nice. I don't understand how a company can have posted hours of operation, yet do not follow them. I'm more than willing to drive to the valley in order to take care of my car needs, which is unfortunate since the employees I've encountered here are polite... it's just the service is always off in some way.
A truly flawless experience. Luis and Diego made every step of the process go smoothly, all vehicles and prices were as advertised, and they were honest and straightforward about what the dealership could (and could not) deliver. We've never left a car dealership with smiles on our faces - what a relief!
I went from looking at the car online, to driving it off the lot the following day. The best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Very respectful and professional. I would recommend Parkway Valencia to anyone looking to buy or lease a new vehicle!
