Great car buying experience. Every step of the process of purchasing a new car was professional at Parkway Volvo. We had two sales people, Jacob (online) and Mitch (on location). Both answered our questions and did not pressure us into buying a vehicle, but assisted us in finding the right vehicle for our needs. I highly recommend Parkway Volvo for your next car purchase. One last thing, the car is amazing!

Absolutely the best dealership I have worked with. We put in a custom order and purchased from Parkway Volvo and the entire experience was fantastic. I worked with a few different individuals but Matt Gehen went above and beyond what is expected. As our order was being fulfilled he would keep us updated on the shipping and delivery status. Purchasing was a smooth process. No pressure sales tactics or options.The unfortunate thing about buying a Volvo is that we probably won't need a new car for awhile but I highly recommend this dealership and if we do need a new car in the future we will definitely use Parkway Volco. Tanner West and Brittany Stilley were great to work with too.

We had an excellent experience at Parkway. We went to Parkway and met Glenn as we were just looking around, as we had done at several other dealerships, though I had narrowed down my choices to two. The next day, we test drove at another dealership, then at Parkway with our salesperson, Tanner. We decided on the Volvo, a crossover, and had an excellent, low key, low pressure sort of experience. I feel we were treated fairly. We had done our own legwork, but the guys were very helpful in answering our questions. We love our new vehicle, as well!

I am on my second Volvo and Parkway just keeps getting better. New facility is amazing as are the two new guys up front, Matt and Derek. Those two are AWESOME! The techs I haven't met but they are great also. My Volvo is always fixed right and they are always right on time. I wish there were more than 5 stars!
