Can’t say enough about how nice and helpful the owner is. A guy in our group had a problem with his ATV, and not only did he lend us a tow-strap, he also insisted that we use their power washer instead of trailering the ATV all the way into Mio. We have also used them for tube rentals in the past and also had great experiences.

I have no complaint. The other store told my roommates that I bought a bottle of whiskey and it caused a argument. That hasn't happened to me yet at the Parmalee.

Nice and convenient for location. Lot's of cold beer and good snacks whether riding your ATV or snowmobile in the area, or canoeing on the AuSable. Definitely worth stopping.

Not surprised there are no reviews for anywhere in Mio. Used this store almost daily for Snacks, Gas, Tubes, and what not. A good general store. **FULL DISCLAIMER Haven not been there for years

canoe kayak and tube rental all summer long. Great Party store. Gas Propane . Large liquor selection to. you can camp and canoe along the AuSable River. not far from MIO or Lewiston . Best Deer feed Price around too.

Very unorganized operation. Stayed at the Luzerne Express and was recommended we call their sister company for tubing. We have tubed in Mio before through another VERY organized company, but decided why not try this place out.... They showed up 45 minutes late to pick us up (this was after I called twice, and was told they had a crazy day) The driver acted and drove like he was drunk! We got to the river, and the trip was fun...but we were told that there would be a sign for \Whirlpool\ so we know when to get off....there was no sign...Luckily we saw others, and were able to ask them... The ramp to get off the river was incredibly steep and basically a cluster....so many people and tubes and noone from Parmalee was in site. Finally found a driver, who was helping other people and he was rude and unhelpful. After about an hour of waiting, we finally got on a van to go back. After a couple years working with the other tubing company, we will definately be returning customers to them and would not return to Parmalee.
