I am so grateful to Bell Environmental for coming to do a bed bug inspection at my home with one if its dogs, Bella. My family had bites after coming back from a hotel stay. I made the appointment over the weekend and was able to get an appointment on Monday, which was a relief! The inspector Rob called us ahead of time to let us know what to expect, and then he arrived right on time. He explained everything and did an inspection before bringing in the dog. I was concerned because my younger daughter is terrified of dogs, but the dog was so wonderfully calm that it actually became a fun thing to have a dog in the house. I was also worried that we might get talked/sold into bed bug treatment even if we didn't have them, but Rob was completely upfront about not finding any and explaining that the accuracy of the dog was about 96%. Spending the money on the inspection was so worth it for the peace of mind.

I can not say enough good things about Bell Environmental. Mark and Jason S. are so kind and caring. Mark held my Mothers hand throughout the entire process, and made her feel comfortable. His compassion for the elderly really saw us through this entire ordeal. Jason S who was the supervisor in charge of treatment was so meticulous about treating every nook and cranny that I knew no bed bugs would be left. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
Thank you Bell Environmental for getting rid of my family's bed bugs. My Mom was very upset and getting more and more stressed out about her rash which the doctor told her was really bed bug bites. She got upset and called Bell for a dog inspection. Bell Environmental calmed us down and sent over a cute beagle to sniff around our house. We were surprised that their dog Rosie found bed bugs in 3 rooms. Two days later Bell came back for our first freezing treatment. Bell came again to follow up around 2 weeks later. It's been a month since we went through this and we haven't had any bites since. My Mom is sleeping again and is really glad we didn't have to throw out our furniture. Thanks to Bell for doing such a good job and for all answering all our questions and reassuring us along the way.
Bell Environmental helped us out when my son ended up with bed bugs in his apartment. We are not sure how it happened, but Bell made the process super easy. From the sales rep to the technicians, everything went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone.
