The employees at this dealership were very professional, respectful, and timely in their response to my questions and the handling of the paperwork. The people at the dealership were short-handed due to COVID-19, and Thomas did a great job of communicating with me and handling this sale which involved sending paperwork via the Internet and the mail. Thomas also took a short video of the car and sent it to me since I purchased this car without test driving it. The car was shipped, and I am impressed as it has exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I would feel very confident purchasing a vehicle from Paul Miller Bentley in the future.
