We just had Alice (directly from Wonderland) for my daughters mad tea party. From the beginning GEM was great to deal with. I will definitely be booking again for all future character needs! Very professional, and you can tell a lot of time and care goes into the process! I'm also the manager of a kids play center. We do a lot of birthday parties and we've had many princesses come in. They are all great people to deal with. The kids love them, the parents are always beyond pleased. Definitely an A company!

Seriously cannot say enough great things about this company! They made my daughters 3rd birthday party so amazing and one we will never forget. They went above and beyond playing games, doing makeovers, sing a longs, and even brought my little princess a special little keepsake. I recommend them to everyone! There is no other character company out there that can come close to comparing!
Warning! Do not hire this company! The owner is perfectly fine with cancelling on a child’s birthday party less than 24 hours before the party, when it is too late to make a plan B. She says her car broke down and none of her employees had access to a car. I even volunteered to pay for a rental, but her excuse was she didn’t have a credit card for a deposit to rent one, and they are too costly otherwise (Remember, I volunteered to pay for it, but she made the decision it was too costly and cancelled anyway). And to add insult to injury, the owner is not reimbursing me for my deposit. She said it was in the mail as of April 15th and would definitely be at my house by April 30th. Today is May 3rd. She has now stopped contact with me. So all I am left with is to warn other potential customers to not use this company.
GEM Princesses is absolutely amazing! They are the most compassionate, fun, beautiful, and loving group of people! We've had the pleasure of meeting many of their awesome characters at our parties as well as other events/fundraisers. They stay true to character, and bring so much magic wherever they go. We've watched them spread joy to many kids in our community, from birthday parties to hospitals. We love you, GEM!
As an entertainment agent in the area for 23 years, my company hired GEM for a last minute party at a client's home. GEM agreed to accept payment from my client that day and then would send along a specified commission to my company after the event. It's been 2 months and even after repeated reminders we've not heard from GEM and haven't been paid. While my follow up with the client about GEM's performance was positive I won't be able to recommend this company to anyone. Keeping your word is key in any business and personal relationship. We sent them a great gig, last minute when they weren't working and we've never been paid our commission. Trust is everything.
