Took care of me and my beach cruiser wonderfully. Other shops I've been to made me feel like a bother for not being a eal\ bike enthusiast, but these guys not only fixed my issue but found the root cause and fixed that as well. Will definitely be back for my future biking needs.
Very patient with a newbie like me. Both Matt L (who helped me pick my bike) and Eddie (who helped me with pick-up, fitting, and accessories information) were respectful of my lack of knowledge and were never condescending to me. Also, thank you for being so nice to me every time I called to ask for updated delivery date. I'm so happy I bought my bike from a small business! I feel like you will be supporting me whenever I need it.
I called ahead to see if same-day service was available for replacing a warrantied part on my bike. On the phone Matt was friendly and helpful, connecting me to the service department promptly. Marcus in the service department was optimistic about being able to help me and encouraged me to swing by the shop. Once I arrived Matt and Marcus were immediately helpful sorting out my situation, and the mechanic got right to work. The shop atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I spent some time browsing the merchandise. I also had a good time chatting with Marcus as he repaired my bike. He finished the repair in record time, noted some issues that I should be aware of, and quoted me an unbelievably good price for his services. I was able to leave the shop with my bike in perfect working order in time to make my MTB club ride that evening. What a great experience, thanks Pasadena Cyclery!
