We thought this place was too good to be true but it was amazing!! GREAT bikes and every penny spent was returned to you in merchandise credit to shop in their great store ! And it shipped free and beat me home. could not be happier with their customer service and help in getting set up. Highly recommend .

Great experience! The sales associate answered all my inane questions and then some...I tried 4 fantastic hybrid/urban bikes and ended up purchasing 2...highly recommended taking a \test spin\ on one of the electric bikes..fantastic selection at various price points. Check out the BadBoy!
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the Pasadena crew!!!! I had no Idea that when I bought a \vintage bicycle\, I was going to become a vintage bicycle mechanic... Lol... Buying an older Cannondale during the pandemic, I became hooked on cycling...Incycle, being my local Cannondale dealer, became my go to store as I learned to work on this bicycle... The guys (and gals ) have been incredibly generous with their time and expertise, as I fumble my way through rebuilding this old bike...I have been amazed more than once, as I stumble in, hat in hand, with some old, obsolete, worn out component, \any chance you have one of these\? Time and time again, they've shocked me by pulling a rabbit out of their hat, or helping me with a work around...I can't thank them enough for keeping this old guy, and his old bike going...

I love this store for my outdoor needs. It's a very good quality stuff but kind of pricy side. Every two months they have members used gear sale which most of the items are 50 percent off . It's a very good deal! You have to be there early morning at 6 am to get a number so at 9 when they open the store you can be in the first group of people to go in and be able to find a useful stuff. I do most of my shopping from used gear sale . Thanks Incycle Bicycles!
