Lorraine was super helpful and productive setting up the service appointment. Had an oil change and tire replacement for a reasonable price, the job was done correctly and the service was excellent. They also provided a loaner A4 which was great.

feel sorry for the big name high end franchise auto group to hire managers like ROBERT KRINKE as parts manager and GM DREW POLEWCHAR?, we ordered 4 pieces of the suspensions and 2 control arms for this 09 Maserati GT, when we took everything to the repair shop, the shop people told us all 4 suspensions are wrong part, they won't fit. And when we ordered the suspensions on the phone with Rusnak Maerati Pasadena, we even provided the vin because they need it to match up with the right parts. At the end they still got that wrong. Everyone makes mistake, and we are not gonna hell at anybody, so we brought everything back for a return, listen to this please, the wrong suspension they quoted us was 271.67/each, but when they found out they gave us the wrong parts, all the sudden, they told us the correct suspension is 1200 something each! That's almost 1000 in difference. Of course we are not gonna spend 5000 just in suspension, so we requested a return for all the parts, because the suspensions goes with the control arms, you can't do one thing or another. When we requested the for the return, the parts manager ROBERT KRINKE came out said we will have to charge you 20% restocking fee for OUR MISTAKES, haha that's funny, for their own mistake, they want to charge customer for 20% restocking fee, which is 700, 700!!! We found out GM Mr Drew's phone number and called him 10 plus times and left voice mails, but he never called back or left a voice mail. GM Drew is also ignoring this. This operation is sad, for a high end franchise dealer, for the biggest name in the industry RUSNAK? That's unacceptable, RUSNAK should rehire their management positions. And we want to tell everyone, DO NOT buy parts from this dealership unless you know you are getting the exact parts you need. If you are looking for a return, good luck guys. They will give you the biggest surprise and the worst day in your life!!!

I showed up to my appointment and had to call the office after 10 minutes to get someone to help me out. My rep was Andrew but he never showed up and one of his colleagues had to help me. Never saw him in the hour and a half I was there because he was “wrapped up in something”.
