I am an independently contracted Settlement Officer. Since 1998 I have conducted over 12,000 closings so I know what goes into preparing for a settlement. I have observed many title companies and processors. Since 2011, I have frequently conducted settlements for Passport Title Services, LLC. My top priority is to treat each person the way I would like to be treated. In this business, that means communication is critical. Each settlement has its own nuances. Sometimes issues arise which are totally out of the control of the title company. The Passport Title processors are extremely well experienced. They have always responded to me whenever an issue arises, so I am able to communicate with all parties. The processors are calm and cool when they are faced with challenges. When my son refinanced his mortgage, Passport Title Services performed and lived up to his expectations.

We've closed hundreds of transactions with Passport as both a buyer, seller or as counsel to a client and have been impressed with the high level of service each time. I've seen many deals fall apart at the table, but never once have I seen a deal fall apart on a Passport Title closing. Communication is first rate with e-mails, phone calls and live access to processing on-line. What really stands out for me on the experience is the ability to call the owner directly on his cell phone. I appreciate the rapid response and quick turn around.

they are not a professional to contact the client and give the right information.. take a long time to get the answer for just one simple question. Have so many mistake on the settlement sheet that provides to client and We need to fix it out by ourselves and tell to them to change. I do not recommend this company at all to any one.
