It was an initial consultation that was free, detailed and informative. He took his time to explain the process and what we could expect and laid out the cost to us up front and black and white so that they were no surprises. while we are deciding how we would like to proceed with our product I would certainly consider Peter for patent services and trusted we would be in good hands.
