I highly recommend this company! My friends and I used the limo party bus service in New Jersey and had an amazing time. The Limo Bus we had was fantastic. We had everything we needed.

It’s not the first time that I’m using them. All the time I’m getting the best service. This time was a long distance trip. I could not get a flight because of COVID-19. They drove me to North Carolina. Driver was just excellent. I will definitely use them in the future
I used Bergen Limo service when I went to NJ about three weeks ago for a meeting. This was my first trip to NJ in many years the driver was very accommodating from the beginning. I ordered meet and greet service when I made the reservation online and as I was walking through the terminal, my driver called me to let me know he was waiting by baggage claim where I would be picking up my suitcases. He was well dressed, smiling, and courteous. He insisted on carrying my baggage to the parking lot. The car was clean and ride was smooth all the way to the hotel. after dropping off my items in my room he took me out to get some good food and showed me some of the \hot\ places for some good drinks. The next day the driver was 15 minutes early to pick me up for my meeting, I was very happy because I was running a few minutes late. The return trip to the airport was just as pleasant. I had an early flight and I was rushing around trying to pack everything up, the driver called 15 minutes prior to the pick up time to assure me he was waiting in front. Our driver pulled right up to the proper departure door and unloaded the luggage for me. This was a great ride for a 4 am flight. When I go back to NJ on business, I will definitely use Bergen Limo again!
The worst service ever. We rented it to have a good time, but first of all the driver was rude and not friendly at all. He wasn’t even presentable for the ocassion. And the most important thing, I think a limo should have music and this one? It’s audio equipment didn’t work. We asked for a change of the limo, and the driver said “sure”, when the limo was back it was the same one with bad conditions. The lights didn’t work inside, and about the music he said he fixed it but he didn’t. I’m so disappointed. Also, I tried to reach them out and until this day they don’t even answer my emails and calls. It’s such a bad service. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED
Used Bergen limo for my birthday just last week. Awesome service, had lots of fun in the limo while going to the party and back. Driver got us on time to the party even though we got delayed leaving the house. All and for all, would recommend Bergen limo.
