WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT IN THE HISTORY OF MEDICAL BILLING!! I received a bill for 113.00 TWO YEARS AFTER my transplant. Asking them for clarification was futile. I reseached it myself and found the insurance would not pay it, not a valid charge (two years ago). I have tried paying online, calling and sending messages through their portal... There is no way to pay the dumb 113.

Unfortunately as a patient you don't get asked or even told about things your doctor is doing. They sent me a bill after a surgery. I have tried contacting them to ask what it is for. Told that I need to ask my doctor. Um, but you are billing me, so what did you do. They refuse to tell me anything other than it was for reading lab tests. Refuse to tell me what test (the response is they can't tell me why - I didn't ask \why\, I asked what did you do that you are billing me for). Absoletely terrible. The lady Bridget was rude and condescending. I will make sure to tell my doctor and the hospital about this interaction. Yeah I realize they don't care but if patients don't speak up then nothing changes. I am absolutely disgusted.

For the last few months I've received invoices from this company. When I log in to make payment, I'm told there is a 0 balance. Now they are threatening to send me to collections and I call them only to find out that there is a balance, but that the online system isn't reflecting that. I had to literally tell them how to fix the bill so that I could pay it - this is what's wrong with healthcare.

Similar to the other reviews on here. I received a bill from them for 45.96 and paid it the same day as received. Received a confirmation email and never heard anything again. 3 months later I get a bill in the mail from the Synerprise collection agency demanding 628.00. Logged into the Bio-Med online portal and it shows my account as paid. No record of any activity that would cost this much out of pocket. Currently have an appeal with the collection agency. What a goat rodeo..

BPM has the worst billling dept. I have spent 7 months trying to get them to bill my secondary insurance with no avail. They keep billing me and this month they tried to up the amount I owe them. Unless you just want your credit messed up by these incompatents. Tell your doctor to not use then. Better yet lets get together and sue them.
