Mother's day was yesterday flowers never came. When you have a special day like mother's day and your daughter spends her hard earned money you would think that the amount of money spent you would get what you paid for. Patty's flowers and baskets did not deliver! I called the following morning and did not get a response. I can't wait to talk to patty who iam sure has a mother and ask how would you feel if your mother never received her flowers on mother's day. I live about 15 minutes away from the flower shop. I hope they give me a huge discount. You know they charge 3 times the amount for flowers for special occasions like mother's day. Very disappointed with you guys! You should be ashamed with your self. My daughter is very upset! Don't really think I want the flowers now what do you guys suggest. Please reply. She spent 85.00 dollars for the flowers . I think they should make up for their mistakes by not charging at all. Mother's day only comes once a year. To late now.
I purchased a flower arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day, and it came exactly as pictured and was also delivered FIRST THING in the morning. It was such a lovely surprise for my mom, and if I'm honest, it was also the first time that I have ever sent a bouquet that did not A) come in a box, B) look a bit dead upon arrival, nor C) arrive missing a number of flowers promised. I would recommend Patty's to everyone. It is JUST as easy as 1-800-FLOWERS or Bouqs, but it is local. Do not think twice!!
I don't even know where to start, I wrote an email to this place that said: \ I place an order through your website and the delivery same day it was supposed to be free and you charged me US15.99. Please let me know if you can returned back to the card.\ AND YOUR RESPONSE WAS : hello some offers are not available on mothers day in our store we want to do a good job for everyone thanks for your order Thank Pattys Flowers What kind of answer is that? Are you guys nuts? The place is 3 miles from you and then yet you charged for delivery fee, even though the website says free same day delivery. I only used you because a friend of mine recommends you, but I guess she was wrong or maybe the new management doesn't even know how to handle a business or how to take good care or their customers.
