We had a great experience with Paul David's mitigation group. My mother's condo was flooded from a unit above with an overflowing toilet. Hernan and Felipe did a fantastic job of removing drywall, cleaning up, disinfecting inside walls and the floors. They left their work space neat and clean and had it perfectly prepared for the rebuild group to come in and put up new drywall. Great service! Professional, efficient and well run. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Paul Davis and in particular the service team of Dominick and Alex. We recently experienced a flood in our home caused by a faulty hot water heater. My wife and I were extremely worried about the extent of the damage. Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis and we could not have been more happy with the outcome! Right from the beginning Dominick put us at ease with his knowledge and professionalism and was able to mitigate the damage as well as get us on the right track for the next stage of repairs. I worked with Paul Davis when my basement family room had water damage due to a water heater leak. I dealt with other firms for mitigation and repair, while Paul Davis was recommended by my insurance company to move out, store and move my furniture and belongings back in once the job was complete. The team that took care of the furniture move and storage was top-notch, from the in-office service to the crew that moved out and moved in. There were numerous delays on my end with the contractor - repeated times I was told the work would be completed by a certain date, so I'd schedule with PD to have my stuff moved in, only to have the work completion get pushed off another week. Delays on flooring, etc. slowed down progress. They were super attentive and helpful at keeping my job in the schedule so I wouldn't be stuck waiting 5-7 days when the repairs were finished. Communication was very responsive. (Thanks, Lily!) The crews that did the moving were on time, efficient, super careful and thorough (I was worried about some expensive items - but didn't need to be!) and very pleasant to work with. It was a relief after dealing with lots of hiccups elsewhere during the process to experience PD as reliable, helpful, available and committed to doing a great job. I wish I'd known to have them do all the work required to mitigate and repair the damage!
