We are remodeling. Place was recommended. Drove a distance to get there. There were some prices on items. Alot with no prices. Nobody would help us. They sat behind their desks. I asked for help. They said it would be a minute. Minute never came. They didn't have one customer in the showroom. With customer service like this have fun making it in bidens economy! We left nobody said a word.

Customer service is really poor. I walked in at 4 p.m. and was told no one had a couple of minutes to talk with me or give me information. The door says walk-ins are welcome. They don’t close till 5. The salespeople did have time to be chatting with each other though. When I voiced my concern, they became argumentative, rather than trying to help a potential customer. Spend your thousands of dollars somewhere else!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had just trying to buy something. The people mean well but can’t execute a plan to save their life. Problem one- ordered two fans totaling 2600, told the down rods would fit etc... 5 days later canceled ordered due to fan can’t have down rod after asking and double checking. Problem 2- ordered 6000 worth of hardware for our bathroom remodel... they sent it to a house we lived at two years ago after repeating 10 times that they were sending to our new address and even the invoices showing our new address. The level incompetence is amazing. Watch your purchase closely.

I had a really great experience at PDI! I went in looking for help in either replacing the sprayer for my kitchen sink or finding a new faucet system that would work with our setup. Amy was incredibly helpful and was able to easily identify our current faucet and worked with Delta customer service to have the replacement sent out for free as part of their extended warranty. I didn't even know about the program (because we didn't originally purchase the faucet) and although I was willing to purchase the replacement, she went above and beyond in making sure the part was replaced at no cost through the warranty - very impressive customer service! Although I didn't actually purchase anything today, I will absolutely be back when/if we need anything again!

We greatly appreciate the excellent assistance provided for us by Rianni Tyes, PDI Sales Consultant. She was very personal and professional in her business with us. Her helpful suggestions as well as her very prompt emails containing detailed attachments were exemplary and helpful in every way. Also, we were especially impressed with the very gracious warehouse crew who had these products all ready for us to pick up and then loaded them onto our truck as soon as we got there. Our business experience with PDI went smoothly in every way. PDI will definitely receive our business in the future!
