We got our Christmas there this year. The price and selection was good. They netted the tree and tied it on top of the car while we continued shopping. I recommend the place to my son and his family and they got there first tree there. Merry Christmas everyone.

I have been using Northeast Nursery for years for everything from weed killer to mulch, to flowers and shrubs, and to hard landscaping materials. Love the selection of plants and the knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I are redoing the landscape in the front of our house and needed to buy some shrubs. I called the garden center here the day before our visit and was told that the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and someone could take us around and answer our questions. Upon arriving the next day, we were the only customers I could see. There were three employees standing right at the door just talking amongst each other. They were not welcoming and did not greet us. One of them was supposedly the manager, Neil. We told him that we were looking for trees and shrubs and asked if one of them could walk around with us and help answer our questions. Neil very rudely told us “just look at the tag on the plant.” After such a rude first few minutes, I asked Neil “do you want our business today? Because it doesn’t seem like you are interested in helping us.” Neil responded, “No we don’t want your business.” So we, of course, left and took our business elsewhere. I’m still not really sure why he did not want to help us and why he was so rude. But I can say that we went to Marblehead Garden Center and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I would take your business there.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Be careful, Do Not Buy from these guys. Let me share my experience with you first. I ordered 40 yards of this so called super loam. The delivery was OK, however right after the truck left, I noticed the loam is not any close to what you see here or claimed on this website. This super loam was actually full of inorganic materials like plastics, glasses, clay and rubber pieces! I also found lots of large sticks and stones which makes this loam completely useless for me. The customer service is even worse as they don't return your calls nor respond to your emails! I will file against them but be careful about what you deal with.

Asked a person to get me a price on a Xmas tree because it was missing a tag, and never came back to help or get someone. Waited 10 mins. and had to get someone else. That person was very responsive.
