Overall it’s a pretty decent staff... Except 1 person, the nurse practitioner Judy. She was extremely unpleasant and I did appreciate her attitude or tone at all. She wasn’t very helpful and just everything about her was rude. Its sad to say it but, she was very pleasant to her other patients but but ones of color. It’s not wise to be nasty to a paying patient at any facility but this facility in particular is usual somewhere you would come when you are ill or simply just not feeling your best so why be rude to your patients? If you are feeling ill I would definitely NOT recommend you be seen by Judy ask for any other practitioner just but Judy!

Office Manager, Troy, and Nurse Practitioner, Meagan, put my mind immediately at ease when I had to visit with both of my children on a weekend. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, professional, and efficient. Troy was very helpful. Nurse Megan was able to make quick and accurate diagnoses while listening patiently to our needs. Even my kids made it out of the clinic in an hour, feeling that they were taken care of well with ease. I also love how this urgent care center is opened into the evening hours as sometimes it's difficult to juggle school schedules, and it's easier to walk in than to wait to for weeks to see our regular doctor. Thank you, PTC Urgent Care!

When I am unable to see my regular doctor, this is my \go to\ place! Megan, Troy, Melinda and the rest of the staff are top notch. I have been seen for a variety of illnesses over the years and have always been treated with compassion and respect. Love this office!

This used to be the best Urgent Care center out of all of them on this side of town (Newnan/Sharpsburg/PTC/Fayetteville) until the last year or so. I had gone here on numerous occasions for accidents/injuries, illness, etc over the last 10 years, but over the last 2 visits there hasn't been a Doctor there only a nurse practitioner. I asked today where is the Doctor, they said he only comes in a couple of days a week now. I left and refused service from a nurse practitioner-went to a doctor. Sad. What made them stand out was that over the last 8 years prior every time I went there I saw a doctor-not anymore. They minds will just be another Walgreens walk in clinic or or the minute clinic. I miss Dr. Brown, its a shame they let the practice fall into the hands of nurses. It will effect their pocket book as I now will be calling around to see what urgent cares have doctors at that.
