I would have given them 5 star review but whoever is in the back doing the maintenance needs to get their act together. Just common sense things you should and shouldn’t do to a customer’s vehicle. Definitely expected more for the maintenance side of the dealership considering their customer Service was Awesome! Felt at home at the dealership. They helped me with any questions I had or problems with the job. At the end of the day everything was fixed and the car is running great.

I had a great experience using John Tai as my salesman. He was easy and very responsive. I would also like to say that the finance manager Tony Galente was awesome. He had me in and out in less than 40 min which I appreciated. Lastly, I always enjoy my interactions with Jimmy Tokar the sales manager. I’ve bought multiple cars from him and he always says hi when I’m getting them serviced.
I had a really wonderful experience dealing with the staff. When at the tail end of making the deal, my salesman Harry offered to deliver my car to me so I didn't have to make a 3 hour trip to come get it. He was already coming to my area for the weekend, so he offered to drive it up here for me. Harry made the process effortless and delivered me a great vehicle. I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks so much!
Fantastic experience with this dealership for oil change. Made an appointment and they were ready for me when I drove up. Pointed out need for new filter as well as oil change, gave me a military discount and had me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Very nice people to deal with.
My husband and I were on our way to North Carolina for vacation and when we entered into South Carolina we stopped at welcome center to take a nap and then continue to our destination. My car overheated while at the welcome center. We called AAA and they brought the car to a near Dodge dealership (Peacock Dodge) it was Sunday and they were close, operating hours were 1-5pm but only showroom. A couple salesman came in and explained what happened and ask if I can leave my car until the next day so they can take a look at it and get fixed. They were super nice and very helpful and was able to leave my car with no problem. The next day I received a call from service department and was told what was wrong and how much and was fix in 2 days. I’m glad I brought my car there the best service ever. I deeply recommend this dealer for any matter. Thank you for solving my problem
