I highly recommend Marc. had my fireplace installed by light my fire (who I was never happy with) over 12 years ago. It stopped working this season and Marc came to service it. He was professional and respectful and explained everything to me and fixed and cleaned the fireplace and it looks brand new! highly recommend him
I purchased a wood stove from McNamara about 7 yrs ago. It has been such a pleasure doing business with them. I have yearly visits for maintenance by a most wonderful man named Roy, He is just the best. When he leaves my home my stove looks shiny and new. Immaculate work, respect for my home, always has a smile and always professional but most of all just an all around great guy and a wealth of knowledge. Bob McNamara and his crew have created, sustained, cultivated, and grown a business that is THE trusted provider of air conditioning, heating, and fireplace needs. McNamara provided our amazing fire place that we love. There service and professionalism were second to none. But, it is their care for their clients that they regard as life long community members that cannot be overstated. Not to get too personal, COVID has turned my family's life upside down. On top of dealing with quite a few life issues, I had to call McNamara for an A/C issue. I knew that I would get top notched service, but the care that Bob McNamara gave me just now as someone having to move soon, is something I will never forget.
