This gym sure has changed our family! Our daughter started tumbling when she was 4.5 and is now 16 and very health conscious. She loves to exercise and loves tumbling. She has made lots of friends over the years. J &J is part of our family and we wouldn't want it any other way! Thank you J & J for all you do!

My girls are in competitive tumbling and trampoline for about 5 years now. J&J great coaches. I have seen my girls go from nothing to the amazing things they can do with these coaches. With the experience with these coaches my daughter won a Regional Championship and placed 4th in Nationals with .2 difference from first. This program is a good motivator for my kids. The owners are awesome people. Always remember when going to a place like this if you want to see results of your kids, please train your kids to listen to the coaches and not to mess around. If you follow this guide you will see results. The pricing is affordable and cheaper than other gyms around the area.
I have been going here for twelve years now and my brother had been here for six years and they have been nothing but kind to us both there coaches are amazing and always super kind which made me and my brother improve a lot being here is an experience me and my brother are never going to forget.
