The staff at Pedego are fun and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all of your questions, both about the bikes and the accessories. The selection of bikes is excellent. I got just what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Calista was fabulous. Great experience. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the test drive is limited to their, rather small, parking lot. It really isn't big enough to get a good test for an e-bike. Other than that, I have no negative comment.

Very helpful informative. It gave me my first taste of riding an ebike. After my visit i was better informed as to what would fit and be useful to me. It was a very good and somewhat fun experience. Prices were a bit humbling , but i was shown different cost levels of bikes also.

Stopped by this place yesterday to get a feel for electric bicycles. The place was busy, but Annette immediately made herself available to us and patiently answered any and all questions we had about Pedego products and allowed us to test drive a bike in the parking lot. When I chose to purchase one, they had the model/size/color available on the premises and took the time to assemble it so that I would have it the same day! (I thought it would have to be ordered and would take some time.) They have all the extra's for your bike that you could possibly want and installed those I chose with a smile. Wonderful shop, wonderful service! Thank you so much Annette and all!

My wife and I visited the shop this weekend, expecting to to leave with 2 ebikes. We walked through the shop alone for 15 minutes and no one said hello or acknowledged our presence. It’s a nice shop but doesn’t cater to our business. We’re older. Maybe that was it? Will buy online.

My husband and I dropped by the store and tried out several ebikes. The help was fantastic. We were educated on all the different types of ebikes and were able to ride each one to see how they felt. It was a great experience. We left after we purchased two.
