We have been coming to Pelican for 10 years. They are our winter fun \go to\! The staff know their merch and are the nicest folks around. Jose in the snowboard and ski shop has provided amazing snowboards, bindings and boots for our family that is the envy of many - think Ride Warpig, Burton, K2, Salomon. This man knows his stuff! Mindy and Marie in the clothing dept are terrific - especially if you are looking for jackets, base layers or gloves. and the rental dept fits the younger ones with equipment every season - and is a great option as the kids grow, so they have new equipment that is sized to them :) Plus, if you need car carriers or sleds, Pelican is the place to be. If you are looking for expertise that is friendly and no pressure, take a ride down 22 to Pelican in Whitehouse! Hands down the best place in the area!

We bought outdoor furniture here in October and then went back on November and bought a patio heater. I cannot speak more highly of the great customer service we received. We were able to move the furniture around t our liking to get a feel for what it would look like in our year. We were even able to turn on one of the electric patio heaters. We ended up buying a propane one for a good price and they brought it to our car. We are so happy with our purchases.

Everyone is always so helpful, friendly and welcoming here. Stopped in to get some wax and was given great options. Jose in equipment sales and Marie in clothing are excellent. We found them and said hi while we were there. They have both helped us with multiple purchases over the years.
