Conceal carry course. Was 75 to sit in a crowded room. You would think it would be half capacity for COVID precautions, instead it was packed over capacity. The instructor started the class 30 min late, he put on a video and walked out of the room. He didn’t return for another 20 min. When he returned he stopped the video (which was actually educational) and proceed to “start the course”. All he did was ramble on for 2 hours with the big fish stories of being a black belt (he weighed probably close to 300lbs), being an expert security guard, having all sorts of mixed martial arts training, just so full of hot air. We thought it would never end. About 5% of what came out of his mouth was actually relevant to gun safety, conceal carry ethics, and legal boundaries. He then had the audacity to try and keep us past the allotted time of the class, because he just kept wanting to hear himself talk in front of a room full of people. The whole room was obviously annoyed but kept being courteous because they wanted their certificates. If you want an actual educational conceal carry course go else where. Mark was nice and charismatic, but was not a safety instructor in my opinion. I gave two start because this is actually a good gun shop, I purchased two fire arms there and have been very happy. John as a salesman was very knowledgeable and patient.

Like so many other reviewers have mentioned, this isn't a place known for good customer service. It's more a \take or leave it\ type of place, and if they don't feel like they're making the buck they deserve off you, they'll happily show you the door. After having purchased one of the Groupon vouchers they offered, they decided they didn't want to honor them any more, and rather than honor those already purchased and simply discontinue that program, they decided to reject all past purchases, too. That's \Cheaper' Than Dirt\ levels of bad customer service, and shows you how little they value their customers. That, alongside all the other issues there are with this range, mean that it really should be a last-choice type of place. There are simply better places in the area, that will keep a higher regard for your time, money and safety.

Terrible place. The guy at the desk was very rude and said we were not welcome there because we are from up north and then proceeded to make negative comments. I didn't even want to pay him. Very disrespectful. The range was even worse. Noone was there to regulate and people were just waiving their loaded weapons around. I'll never go back. They should be closed.

Man where should I start... First off my man Juan greeted me with respect and never made my rookie status an issue. He was quick to inform me on what guns are best for different situations. He also informed me on how to tell how much a used gun has been used. He never once tried to sell me anything high priced just to make more money. He literally showed me the best available option for what I was looking for in my budget. He takes his time showing you the firearm and answering any questions you might have. His patience is through the roof because I asked a bunch of rookie annoying questions and he was happy to keep answering with great knowledge. If you're looking for a place that will sell you what youre truly looking for at an affordable price then I would suggest big al's and definitely ask for juan. You will not be disappointed in his knowledge and unselfish service! Thanks again for those awesome guns. All my gun friends are super impressed with the purchase and so am I! Thanks again Juan you're the man!
