Unless you don’t have any traffic violations do not apply to this HOA and lose your 200 deposit. We were denied due to that reason.....due to traffic violations......2 years ago.... that were dismissed and did not result in any points on record. In hind sight it was a blessing in disguise after seeing the different security issues that have been present within the community, I can understand why they wouldn’t want someone with a minor traffic infraction to live in such an upstanding and “safe” community, just read local news articles to see how truly “safe” it is.

I am a local Real Estate Broker providing my personal opinion after a recent client tour. Cobblestone has a family oriented feel to the community. You will see many residents enjoying walking, exercising and taking part in the many community amenities. Townhomes are available for Rent and Purchase. Cobblestone has 1 level townhomes, 2 story townhomes and even Split level 3 story units with a balcony available. Large bedrooms. Clean and Well kept community. Always a pleasant experience showing townhomes here.

Insanely long line at the gate for guests, Good luck finding parking space after 6pm. I also got my car towed several times. Oh and spotted several poisonous snakes. Its also 295 per month for HOA. This is by far the worst community I ever lived in. Only one thing I liked and miss is my neighbor.

Just moved here. I actually like it. only gripes i have are some of the drivers drive like they're racing people, and leave skid marks all on the road. Also, the pool situation, if we are paying HOA, and I get the current pandemic, but per Broward County...pools can be open. They should minimize how many people can be in at once, but to completely close it, are you kidding me! open it up! other than that its great. lol

Parking is always a nightmare if you do not have an assigned parking lot or garage. If you plan to be home after 10, may Lady Luck shine on you. If you enjoy hosting parties, don’t, because your guests will hate you for making them circle around the community with 0 possibility of finding a spot at night. Stayed there for 6 months, and I never looked back after moving out.
