This is a lovely place to live if you have kids or like nature. Conveniently located, facing a delightful waterway, wide open spaces, quite, safe for the kids to play outdoors. The association makes a great job at keeping the place clean and tidy. Residents have a nice gym, and two pools. One of them overlooking the canal. Simply one of those places that allows you and your family to live with a twist!

For the most part this place is peaceful and quiet. The only complaints that I have are the residents that own pets that do NOT clean up after them. Also, all day there is constant barking from the neighbors dog and it’s becoming unbearable. I have been patient but soon Animal Control will be called and hopefully they will encourage the owner to find a way to deal with their noisy pet. Lately there also seem to be a serious ant issue. Last but not least, the parking lots are extremely dark and I never really feel safe going outside at night because of this.
A good location and place to live. Very clean and safe neighborhood for any future families, whoever is looking for a new and safe neighborhood to live.

The members of the leading office are very unprofessional not to mention the fact that this comm7nity will make u pay for absolutely everything the \provide\ and will tow your visitors car right after. They make sure they cheap out on every desicion and the over all aspect of the roads is horrible
