You want to freeze to death during a sleep study? I do not recommend the center, although the technician was super nice (not the receptionist, though). The place was incredibly cold (we are in FL! The tropics!), I asked to lower the A/C to let the room warm up, but it was not possible. The technician even let me change room, but it was just as cool. For a sleep study, I could not sleep at all I was so uncomfortable! After it was done (in November) it took them 4 months to provide the results (in spite of several requests). I got the results in March. Also, there was no follow-up at all. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, but then.... What's next? Nobody knew. Here I am 5 month later and still no treatment.

Horrible place,if what you want to have is a nightmare test instead of a sleep test go to this place. The technicians are rude and unprofessional, i worked in a hospital for 25 years and this two guys Frankie and Belinda do not belong to the health field and should not be working with patients , i have to asked their name when i was leaving the place in the morning, in any moment i was asked if I need something no even water,the guy disconnected my electrode in the morning after the test an no even clean the paste i had in my head and body. This is my second study and the service i received from UM can not be compare with this place. I want to advice this two tech that their salaries comes from the money the patients pay. I came straight from the place to write this review. Horrible experience.

If there was a way to give no stars I would! My Doctor ordered and refered me for a test at United Sleep Diagnostics, Inc. I cannot understand why my PCP referes me to a clinic with super bad ratings, but I will take that up with her. I had an at home sleep study done and my insurance was charged 5x the amount that the American Sleep Association says the test was worth. FIVE TIMES!!! Then niether myself or my Doctor were given the results for the Test for months! MONTHS!!! No phone calls, no answering their phones, but sent me a bill of course! I complained to the insurace company why they would agree to pay such an obsorbinent amount of money for this test, but that is why our Health Care System is so screwed up! BOTTOM LINE STAY AWAY FROM USD, inc. if you want to find out if anything is wrong with you. To this day I have not been contacted by any Doctor from USD, inc. only the office wanting me to schedule more testing after my Insurance Company contacted them for the results.

I have been using them for 4 years now and no complaints. The sleep study was great and beds were comfortable. I don’t understand the poor reviews. Remember people this is not the Hilton,it’s a study of your sleep patterns and when completed you will be sleeping a whole lot better.

Highly recommended. From my sleep study, to receiving my sleep apnea equipment, I received the highest level of professionalism and prompt friendly service above and beyond my expectations. The staff made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and concerns, even assisted me with step by step instructions and illustrations on how to use my sleep apnea equipment, with a courtesy follow up call. I called today to get a replacement product and yet once again received amazing Customer Service.
