WM provides dumpsters for recycling cardboard, paper, and commingled glass and cans. It is very convenient for my crushed cardboard boxes. Sadly, far too many abuse the unattended bins and leave garbage and recyclables. The signage say the dumpsters are under surveillance cameras, but it’s disheartening to see so many people simply dump trash.

Honestly never had worse service from any service provider in my life! We now have 3 weeks of backed up garbage with about 6 tickets promising to pick up my garbage and recycling. I tried canceling our account and they just kept transferring me to different employees. Really horrible the way they treat people. I’m disgusted.

We received an early Christmas present from the grinches at WM today, Christmas Eve. A wakeup call at 5:45AM by one of their noisy refuse vehicles hurtling down Wedgewood Lake Drive! Way to go WM!

If you are looking for rolloff dumpsters call someone else. These guys charge a rental fee starting the first day and charge a fuel surcharge on top of the rental fee. If the box isn’t dropped on a flat surface on pavement don’t call for a pickup when it’s anything but sunny and dry. They will come, look at it say they can’t get it and charge a no load fee. If you need to do anything more than schedule online get ready for the voicemail Black hole if you try and call them.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I pay in time as I’m suppose to they pick up trash when they want I complain time after time in the 13 years. Call the BBB in them and all they do is still nothing I finally got rid of them . 200 every three months for nothing !!! If I were you find somewhere else to pick up your trash .
