My family has booked several vacations through Penny Wise Travel, and we have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend Penny Wise, especially if travelling to Disney; Barb's experience and knowledge of the resorts makes it easy to set up the best stay possible. We will definitely be going back to Penny Wise for our next trip!

This company was providing a destination wedding for my sister-in-law. They provided quotes that ended up being inaccurate upon confirmation causing the destination wedding to be called off. In my personal interaction on booking our own travel for the wedding, I felt the responses to questions were inadequate and found conflicting information between the airline and this travel agency. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, especially if you're spending hard earned money on an important life event.
4 cruises, 1 Disney trip. Barb had always been wonderful and easy to work with. 1 more cruise scheduled atm.
Poor turnaround time for answers to questions and info requests. Experienced a “discrepancy” when converting a quote in to an actual contract yet doesn’t take ownership of the mistake. Working with all-inclusives seems like a pretty simple task but apparently not? Not impressed.
Was all excited for my trip to Punta Cana for my friends destination wedding but the trip GOT CANCELLED because Penny Wise misquoted each person going by 500. Thanks for ruining the wedding. P.S. She deleted her Facebook reviews. At the time she deleted them she had 2 5 star reviews and 8, 1 star reviews. Odds are you don’t wanna go here. Good luck deleting this one.
