My mother purchased a 5,000 new machine and a part was missing. She took the machine in several times and told them what was wrong with it. The tech would not listen to her, but would instead tell her that the machine was fine. Upon the third time of taking it in, he finally found that it was missing the part. She felt that she should not be charged for the service considering the company had sold her a defective machine. She will not be returning to this store.

Just purchased a embroidery/sewing machine here and their customer service is over the top! Nice family owned local business...SO friendly and helpful! Susan was the greatest today helping me get familiar with the machine (since they can't have classes right now) told me to call or come in anytime with questions, and James was very knowledgeable about the machines when we first went in to inquire a few days ago. It was a VERY pleasant experience, the BEST! THANK-YOU for all your patience!!
