I always drove by this place but never went inside until recently. One of my friend from Portland came by to visit and asked where she could get good sushi and I texted one of my friend and they said Ichiban on Davis Hwy so we went. I had never had sushi before so I let her order for me. It was very good and I don't know what it was called but it was delicious. We had 3 rolls and chop sticks were interesting. The wine selection was good as well. I was full when I left and now I can say I tried it. Nice place.

Went here on a first date. Date was excellent and so was the food! I had the spicy tuna roll. Fella had the yellow tail. Both were delicious. My FAVORITE was the calamari. Best I've ever eaten. Staff was friendly and attentive. Side note: Still seeing the guy.
Absolutely amazing service from Emanuel! I expected to have a hefty bill considering the beautiful presentation of the food but 3 of us ate for 60.00 and had plenty of left overs to bring home. Also they offer non-seafood sushi options! The Cowboy Sushi is a MUST HAVE!
On January 30th, I decided that I wanted sushi. I looked up places around me and settled on Ichiban. Upon my arrival, I was happy with my choice. The friendly staff led me to my table and was very attentive during my stay. I was indecisive on what I exactly wanted but eventually decided to get steamed Pork Shumai to start while I looked through the rolls. The Shumai came out in a boat shaped dish and smelled delicious. I was delighted with the flavor the sauce gave to the appetizer. For the sushi rolls, I chose Spicy Tuna (because that's my go to everywhere) and Surf-N-Turf. I also added an order of Salmon Nigiri. The Spicy Tuna roll was a little spicier than I expected, but I was happy with that because they usually aren't spicy enough at other places, if at all, and the spiciness was not overwhelming. The Salmon Nigiri had the buttery consistency that I love in fresh salmon and great flavor. The Surf-N-Turf roll was the star I didn't expect. Who doesn't love steak and seafood? Besides, vegans and vegetarians, of course. Well, the steak was perfectly cooked and the fried shrimp in the roll was better than most. I try to avoid shrimp, but I didn't experience my usual headache after eating it this time. Next time I go, I'll ask for it not to be added, but if you love shrimp, I can only imagine that any roll at Ichiban that contains sushi will please your pallet.
Always delicious! Only place I eat sushi. Staff great! Food excellent! Just go and enjoy... so many options on rolls or other meal choices.
