The owners were absolutely amazing! Im not a costume of person, but I didn't have to be with them. They found me and my party the most amazing costumes! This isn't a "Fly by night" costume store that pops up for only Halloween. They are local and owned by locals! This costume boutique rents out costumes year round for any and every occasion. The perk is, they don't just sale or rent costumes. They actually know their stuff! It took all of 15 minutes for them to suggest current and future themed costumes for events we attend throughout the year. I was a blank canvas! Mildly speaking, they Picasso'd me! You have to try them out for your next event. You are going to me amazed. But don't just walk in, walk through and walk out. ASK FOR ASSISTANCE! You won't regret it. Enjoy! Costumes are pricey. There are costumes available for rent. Some costumes didn't smell right and needs to be taken to cleaners. Staff was very helpful.
Always have what we need for Renaissance Faire. Very nice shop. Nice woman inside.

Absolutely love this place. Great location to find one of a kind costumes for holidays, theatre, parties, etc. year round. The quality of the costumes are unlike anything you'd find at your typical "seasonal shop" (Spirit stores) You can choose to rent or buy some of the costumes in their shop as well, which is totally a game changer here. They have lots of accessories too! The ladies there are always helpful to find anything you're looking for. Customer service is definitely on point here. Seriously a hidden gem on the west side of Pensacola.
Took a costume in for her to make. She never called to say when it was ready for test fitting. Took measurements and then didn't use them with the pattern. I have short legs and a wider waist, she made it to match the pattern without adjustments to which I couldn't get the costume pants on. Did not even look like the pictures of the costume I was aiming for. Had brought her all the materials, only needed her time and skills. Ended up saying she'd need to completely remake the pants, which was all she had worked on. Said she'd let me know if she needed more material. Two and a half months total waiting on her to make this. She never called and I had to go in and get my things back. Only benefit was she didn't charge for the cr@p she made. Measured out what she had done at home, waist was made 4 inches less and legs made almost 6 inches longer with cuffs too small to fit an adult foot through. Do NOT recommend you go to her for costume sewing.
