Always receive friendly service from this Penzeys location and they pack online orders very quickly. Definitely a tad more expensive than grocery store prices but well worth it, especially if you are looking for something more obscure (me searching forever for some fenugreek and finally finding it here ) They have great sales if you subscribe to their newsletter. I am definitely a better chef because of Penzeys!

Penzeys is fantastic! High quality spices & herbs. They are extremely helpful & friendly. During the pandemic, you can order online & pickup at the store.
Even with curbside/sidewalk pick-up, they are friendly and professional. They have been wonderful in how they deal with customers in these trying times. Their spices and spice blends are fresh, tasty, and well worth the hour drive from our house to their shop.
Any sort of spice you could ever need or want, first class staff and service.
The aroma as you walk in to this place is arresting, in a good way. Tons of selection, helpful and friendly associates, all at reasonable prices. Hassle free purchasing process and a quick turn around. Highly recommended.
Penzeys is amazing. I had some last minute shopping to take care of before leaving town the next day and placed an order online, which was ready for pickup only a few hours later (pickup is contactless outside, very safe and easy). Always excellent products and first class service!
I did not realize that Penzeys had gone completely contactless. When we got there the doors were locked even though we were there before closing time. I gave them a call and asked if it would be possible to place an order online and have it filled. after I was told that they could definitely do that, I was expecting to have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my order. But the lady that I spoke to asked me my name to keep an eye out for it and I had my order in hand within 5 minutes. Probably less even. Everything in here is delicious and their customer service is on point.
