The knowledge and empathy from the staff - from the admittance nurse (thin guy with tattoos), the main doctor, to the discharge nurse (young Hispanic lady) - was top-notch. Now, this is a very busy place and it's not abnormal to have 5 - 7 hour wait times, and with the covid thing you'll waiting out in the parking lot. My suggestion would be more staff as it's obviously needed. Other than that, the several visits I've had here have been exceedingly better than other pet hospitals.

Had to bring my dog Riley in at 01:30 for xylitol ingestion. She had a 2 night stay and is now home resting. I could not recommend BluePearl enough. The staff was so incredibly friendly, caring and treated Riley like she was a part of their family. It’s always so hard to leave your dog overnight in a stressful situation but knowing she was with people who gave her snuggles, food and attention made the process so much easier.

Never will I bring my animals here if this is what they suggest. I called because my brother and I found a stray and the lady I spoke to was rude and useless. I asked if she may have connections or any leads on someone or group of people who maybe able to help. I told her I was visiting my folks and that we couldn't keep here at our home. She told me that I needed to go dump the dog back on the street where I found her. Mind you we live out in buckeye near farm fields where most people dump their unwanted dogs. I told her I had spoke to local non emergency authorities, local shelters and no one had room. She told me again that she suggested to go dump her on the street again. I told her she could have a good night and we'll find a home for this baby girl to stay. Because what she was suggesting was Morally wrong. Now if she has not problem with suggesting to dump a helps dog on the road. Out in the cold, I really don't want her carelessness anywhere near my family dogs.

Staff is awesome here. They did a great job making sure my girl was properly taken care of. They got me right in and kept me updated on her status too. Dr. Reeder, Carrie, Donald and Erica I want to thank you again. I highly recommend these amazing people!

The check in nurse was extremely rude and showed no compassion. Overpriced and incompetent staff - as you can see they forgot to remove the catheter after specifically mentioning how they will remove it and I’d have to take the bandage off or else her paw would swell. Called for advice and was put on hold and only got an apologize but no advise as to what I should be doing.
