They are not part of CAT network anymore and they did not let you know upfront so you have to pay full amount. Very nice of them after my wife being their client for years. I have seen the owner comment and I investigated further. Caterpillar has medical covered by UHC and vision by VSP. Bond Eye Associates filed a claim with UHC and was rejected. Now I will have to spend time to sort this out.
I went to my apt the two lady told me they where ready for me n to seat in the lobby.. I waited for a while knowing they are ready for me to go back to the back.. Finally they called me back I seat in the chair n the lady was nice to me but she asked for me to take my coat off. I took my coat of and the lady put some kind of drops in my left eye.. The doctor finally came in he grabbed a needle and didnt say anything I jumped up out of the seat and the man said you going to have this happened and I said no you not.. Very rude doctor did not say hi or ask me no question or even talked to me.. He just grabbed the needle n had it like he was going to stab me with it... I told the lady I. Have anxiety pretty bad but the doctor did not care about me what so ever.in the mix with all this I lost my little wallet .
I am beyond impressed with the service I received during my first visit at Bond Eye Associates yesterday. Every employee I was in contact with (and there were a lot of them- I had a lot going on, haha) was extremely patient and helpful. I never felt rushed during my appointment and all my questions were answered.
