When I noticed a sore on my forehead, I called Epiphany Dermatology to have it checked. I was pleased at how responsive they were and was scheduled the next day. I was impressed with how well organized their front office was. Instead of having to fill out a pile of forms, all of my information was already on file and updated. I was nervous because of the potential seriousness of my visit and that I was seeing a new doctor. The doctor I had previously seen was no longer at this branch so I was being seen by someone new. When Dr. Jacobs came in, she was friendly and put me at ease. She conducted a comprehensive examination and provided treatment. I was totally pleased with the professionalism, level of care, and customer service I received from not only the doctor, but from their entire staff. It was obvious they were a team. Good job, Epiphany Dermatology. As a professional Santa Claus, I am putting all of you on my “Nice List”.

Warm, efficient personnel at front desk. Felt very safe entering the location. Operating room was clean and all personnel were concerned about your ease and comfort. Dr. Hill explained and his assistance explained everything and made sure you were comfortable. Checked on you while waiting. Surgery went well and currently following recovery procedure. Dr Hill calls me 2 days later to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend the facility if in need of this surgery.

To give someone five stars when they removed part of the middle of your face is a big deal. I went in for my daughter and the amazing doctor she saw at the Carefree office noticed a spot on my face and suspected cancer. She was extremely competent, knowledgeable and gracious and took a sample right on the spot. She was right about the cancer and then set me up for the removal in the Peoria office. Dr. Hill was awesome as well. He explained exactly where the cancer had spread and each step of the procedure. The doctor showed me the cancer under the microscope and talked me through how lucky we are to have caught it when we did. He then expertly stitched me up. I HIGHLY recommend Epiphany Dermatology. To be in my forties and find a skin cancer was a total shock. They made it seem more like a fun learning experience and somehow I came out feeling great instead of traumatized. If I could give them another star, I would. I should also mention that I went to a different dermatologist previously, and the cancer was not caught. I can't even imagine how. much more of my face they would have had to remove if we hadn't caught the cancer when we did. Thank you again Epiphany Dermatology!

The staff was very understanding and went beyond the normal attention to a new client. They called and received referral approval on the spot from the insurance company. The medical assistant was efficient and thorough and very professional. Dr. Haar was very friendly and shared details with me about every step he was taking in reference to my need and skin condition. Overall a very pleasant experience.
