Took my lady there for her birthday... First time there... Her daughter, and 3 kids joined us... Pizza was great... I like the dough especially; it had almost a tortilla taste... We got \The Don\, and a pepperoni pizza... She enjoyed a glass of wine with her daughter, and I had a blue moon on tap... Servive by Brian was good until it seemed as if he was hurrying us out... We were there for about an hour... So we sent to SEE'S CANDY around the corner for dessert... We still left a 20 tip on a 130 bill...

Food was delicious, service could have been better. The server didn’t seem to really care about our experience or that it was blatantly clear that he was trying to turn tables as fast as he could, we weren’t even seated for 2 min before he came over and asked us what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order. When we asked for a little more time he scoffed and walked away. He was back literally every 2 minutes to ask if we were ready. When our food came out, the server didn’t even give us 10 min to eating before he came back and asked us if we needed to go boxes. I was quite taken back by the experience, as we had previously always had great service.

Always see this place when I leave the theater at park west, but I finally tried it and have to say it is absolutely delicious pizza! We tried the calzone, The Don and created our own pizzas as well. Everything was flavorful and the crust was excellently crisped. I love that it's a thin crust and you can really tell its coal fire baked because of the unique bubbling on each pizza. Definitely recommend!

I decided to take my wife to this pizza place that my sister brought me and my family to this was a-party of 12 a couple months ago. That night the server was struggling with our order, the knowledge of the menu and taking our orders. So back to my experience, upon entering there was nobody there we were the only table it was between lunchtime and dinner. The bartender took our order delivered our drinks and our pizza and later asked if we minded that she transfers us to another bartender. I said this was fine and wished her a nice day. Later our check was dropped it was a total of 49 and some change. I gave the new bartender my credit card And he returned with the new check and he had already charged my card 60 dollars. I called over the manager and asked why my check was 60 when I was presented a check for 49 and why my card was charged for additional monies without my approval. She didn’t know what to say and then the bartender came over and said oh that’s my fault one of your drinks wasn’t on your check. I asked which drink was 11 and he said the one beer you had. I was told it was a happy hour draft and it was only 12 ounces. The manager again wasn’t sure what to do and then offered to take the beer off the check. I told her that first off this was very bad business practice to charge somebody’s card without their approval or having it brought to their attention. I then formed her no that’s fine I’ll pay for the beer but I will never return to this establishment again. Again she was left speechless as I walked away.

The pesto pizza was the first time I went adventurous with my pizza. It was not a let down. The pesto was not overly salty like some pestos typically are. The ratio of cheese was absolutely perfect and the crust was bubbly. Service wise, we were seated promptly for lunch, the waitress was attentive and helped to explain the menu. If you like pizza then I'd definitely recommend that you give Grimaldi's a try.
