The Gentleman that works at this location, is awesome and beyond amazing with the service. been going to this location for the last 4 months and have had no issues. it is best to come to your reservation at least an hour early

Upon arrival to pick up our rental car we were informed they have no cars available. Zero recommendations on rectifying the situation. Also the rep said they've never experienced this before but upon reading reviews I see they've been doing this for years. Do not rent a vehicle from Hertz.
My vehicle was in an accident and State farm referred me to Hertz. I received an email and a text that my vehicle was ready for pickup. upon arrival the guy with the British accent was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. He stated that I didn't have a reservation and that this was corporate fault never once did he apologize he was very very rude. When I asked to speak with this manager he said he was the manager and this is the type of people they hire as managers now I see why they have such low ratings. This has to be taken care of no customer service what's so ever. I left upset and crying.
Customer service is absolutley awful. The British man at the front desk is extremely rude. I watched him belittle my Fiance, treat him as if he was stupid and called him a liar. He kept on interrupting him and started raising his voice at the both of us. He also did not have his mask on which made me feel unsafe due to having a weak immune system. This man should not be working in customer service.
The last few times renting here have been beyond amazing. The staff, specifically Laurie, is a tremendous employee, she always gives me a call to notify me of any issues well in advanced and solves the problem before my pick up date. She also emails me when the vehicle is ready so you have peace of mind before going to pick up the car. Have been a customer here for the last few years.
