My experience was so positive!! Jeanette, Rachel, and Jenna were the kindest and most gentle nurses. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me before, during and after my first surgery!! I truly appreciate you. The doctor and anesthesiologist of course were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Thank you Metro surgery center.

My surgery went very well. Easy registration as most paperwork was online. Pre-OP nurses were amazing, personal, lots of smiles. My doctor was great and anesthesiologist very professional. I would recommend Metro Surgery Center.

My eight year old son was here yesterday for a adenoids and tonsillectomy. I don’t have one complaint! Every single person was amazing ️ My son was so nervous and Rosa his nurse explained everything so well to him. Helping make him comfortable and less scared . Prior to the surgery his surgeon (Dr. Hakim), anesthesiologists and surgical nurse came to check with all of us, explaining everything in detail. They are all top notch! Afterwards in recovery, nurse Megan was wonderful! The staff here truly cares. The facility was clean and comfortable. Thank you for taking care of my little one! ️️

Absolutely the best of care I had Bonnie and Ashley (plus a couple others I didn't get all the names) for nurses they were fabulous. Best care I have had they were friendly, helpful and made what isn't fun, surgery, the best possible experience.

I took my dad here for his first colonoscopy. We arrived for the appointment an hour and a half early as they asked us to. After waiting for an hour they say they are running an hour behind. We go home and come back an hour later. Round 2, it’s time for his surgery and they don’t take him back for ANOTHER HOUR. His procedure was done 2 hours late all while he can’t drink and is so thirsty and hungry. They are unapologetic and say it happens. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I work in the medical field and would NEVER treat a patient this way. Don’t take someone you love and care for here.
