Heard scratching in an exterior wall next to my couch. Had seen traces of rodent droppings out in my garden as well. Thought they were only outside turns out that wasn't the case. I live in a new home built at the end of 2018, turns out rodents don't care, they will set up shop anywhere. After calling other companies and getting inspections, they wouldn't give me a price until an inspection was done. Orkin was the only company that was able to give me a price over the phone and rodent service is included with their pest control service. The customer service agent was very knowledgeable on the phone and was able to describe the process for rodent containment and removal which was more extensive and aggressive than other companies. Also, what it costs for rodent service with one of their competitors was way more than what it costs for a whole year of pest control and rodent service with Orkin. When the tech arrived, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was on time and completed the initial service in a timely manner. I feel very confident with the work performed and they will be back in a week to check the traps placed in my attic and bait box set up in my backyard. Although, if I need them to come out before that time to check a trap, they can/will do that free of charge. There's a reason that Orkin has been around for over 100 years. I highly recommend Orkin for pest control or if you have a rodent issue.

Horrible customer service.. called for 2 weeks straight and got the run around to finally get someone out to look at my foundation where they drilled at a caved it in.. the tech just left it and didn't fix it.. if I wouldn't of walked my house to check the work I dont think they would have fixed it. I'm still waiting on the fix.

Orkin is such a great service that comes monthly and helps take care of those pesky little bugs and small rodents. I never have to worry about them being able to do their job and just spray wherever is needed. They are great and always ask every time if we need anything different otherwise they just go about their business and spray our yard and send an email when it’s done. They have done a really well job of adapting during Covid times.

Orkin has been such a hassle free and affordable experience for me. We had a major ant problem at our house. Couldn’t set out a bowl of dog food without a trail of ants coming from the wall at it overnight. It was so frustrating. There’s kids 5 and under here too and you can’t always get every crumb they drop every night. So we called Orkin and by the first service the ants stopped. We’ve followed up with very affordable monthly sprays and we no longer see the ants anywhere. They only spray outside and don’t even hassle us when coming by. Easiest pest control experience I’ve had.
