I stopped by here to get some hot sauce for my boyfriend as he is a heat fanatic. The gentleman who help me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the various products their shelf life and what dishes they pair with. He patiently let me sample a few of the sauces while I decided what would be the best options and was super friendly. I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for and he was spot on with the recommendations. If you are looking for something to spice up your meals and aren't sure what would be the best option for you I would highly recommend stopping by this store.

My go to hot sauce place. I have been to this location coming up on dozen times by the time I am writing this review. I can't get enough of their products. Especially the Ghost Pepper wing Sauce. Best part is as soon I walk in the store, you get one on one service (with respect to crowded store). I have gotten recommendation and was able to try different new sauces/spice rubs. Always walk away with 5 to7 bottles of variety of sauces per visit. If you love hot sauce/s as much as I do, this store is a must visit.

Pepper Palace has a great selection of sauces and salsas, most of which have sample bottles so you can try before you buy. While you're here, try the 6-million scoville hot sauce they have (if you dare) and get a prize.

I enjoy the shops variety as I have been in the one in pigeon forge but the one in pigeon forge at least was More customer relatable as they had masks for people who forgot, because that happens when you're trying to get your wife, gf, family out the door for some together time. if you can't have anyone in shop without masks at least do what the other shops in this outlet are doing that actually want to make money and just get a box or 2 of N95 for those just in case moments.

From sweet and mild all the way to melt your face off, they have it! I am a bit of a hot sauce enthusiast and I absolutely love this place. They have the largest range of hot sauces, BBQ sauces, rubs, salsas, and wing sauces I have ever seen. They also have sample stations for you to try anything before you buy it, and they keep it very sanitary. This is my second visit and I will continue to make it a usual stop whenever we are in the area.
