Went to Pepper Palace with the intention of replenishing my hot sauce supply and was pleased with not only the bewildering variety of sauces, but that I was able to sample nearly any I pleased. Hot sauce aside, what most surprised me was the array of mustard, which, like the hot sauce, ranged from mild to cripplingly spicy. I opted for an intense horseradish mustard. Just wanted to let everyone know. Great customer service too!
