Not only was the client portal set up quickly so that we could start seeing new listing as they went up but we were able to schedule showing within few minutes. When it came to the home that we finally picked the negotiation was intense. The listing agent set up a bidding war. They were difficult at best and make it an absolute challenge. Danny has incredible tenacity and skill in those difficult situations and was able to prevail. Everything went smoothly and Danny was there to oversee everything.
