Kim is the third person I’ve been to for permanent eyeliner in Orange County. She was definitely the best out of the three! Aside from her kind heart and great personality, she has an attention to detail that I appreciate. She is a true artist and wanted to make my eyeliner perfect. She was also very gentle and made sure to be cognizant of my sensitive eyes. I 10/10 recommend Kim and will be coming back to her in a few years when this fades!
