My thermostat told me my heat pump had quit working. I called Perry because they installed the furnace. They sent out two techs who were her 40 minutes. They thawed the heat pump and told me that I really had not needed to call for service. I received the Bill for 255. When I called due to the bill being ridiculously high for the revive I received I was told that the 50 was just to come out. (Which I wasn’t told about when I called) and 200 was a flat rate for what they did. This let me know to never use them again. I had used Elton Elec before to put in a fan and they only charged 60 an hour and no show up fee. So I now know who to call in the future and who to refer my friends too. Perry literally rips people off.

Water heater went out two weekends ago so I set up a time for Perry to be at my house at 8:30am Monday. Called at 8:45am and said would not be there until between 10 and 10:30. Finally showed up at 11am. Then I got my bill in the mail this week. Charged 241 to run 1 wire into the circuit breaker (unfinished basement and water heater is 6 ft away from the panel). Wish they would have called about having to have an electrician come out to complete this work and at such an expensive rate. Cant image what it would cost to complete a larger project with Perry. Over 500 later (installation cost only) I have a working water heater.
