This company goes above and beyond to make sure you get a rug you love! First off, they are a family owned business and each person is SO knowledgeable about the rugs. Their store has a MASSIVE selection! You walk in and there are hundreds and hundreds of rugs. They all know the story and origin behind each rug. Each worker is so friendly too! They are willing to work with you to make you find a rug that you love! I appreciated how Hamid was very willing to work with us and find a rug that was in our budget too! Secondly, the service is outstanding! They encouraged me to pick out multiple rugs to bring to my home! Then, they make an appointment to bring all the rugs you selected to your house to try them out and see how they look with the rest of your decor. When they come to your house, they are so hardworking! They move around your furniture in order for you to truly get a feel of how the rug would look in your home. They truly want you to find a rug that you love and you are happy with. Their work ethic, knowledge of their rugs, friendly attitude, and service are excellent and you will not be disappointed in the slightest with a piece from here! I can not recommend them enough and I will always buy a rug from them! Due to their outstanding service, they have gotten a customer for life!

This fine rug company in Whitefish Bay and Brookfield is a high quality place. We have known Hamid for many years now, and he is our \go to guy\ for help with Persian rugs, whether to clean and repair old ones we already owned, or to purchase new ones (small or large!) with expert advice. When we needed several old rugs cleaned and repaired, it was comforting to have him personally arrive at our door, advise us, have his father do hand-repairs at their store, and then have the rugs delivered back to us looking better than ever. After we moved to North Carolina recently, we went back to Milwaukee to find the perfect rug for our old Victorian home. Thank you, Hamid and family, for your kindness and integrity!

I was looking for a rug for a meditation room. As I shopped online and in big box stores, I noticed that most of the rugs I liked had plastic in them. Some were made from 100% plastic, not something i want to sit on to do my practice. So, by chance, I stopped in here. I loved every rug in the store. The next day I returned but had a difficult time picking just one. I did manage to narrow it down to two of them. So, the following day, they brought both rugs over to see how they looked in my new space. One never left my house. It's very important to me to support local stores that are not huge chains. I want to buy local to promote good businesses in my neighborhood. I also wanted a rug that was not made of weird things. The ones at this store are 100% wool and are made by people who spend their lives weaving these beautiful, one-of-a kind patterns. I highly recommend you stop in and I am guarantee that you too, will be a Persian Rug convert.

The customer service at this shop is amazing. You won't get this kind of expertise anywhere else in the Milwaukee area. I have so far taken three rugs to them to be cleaned and repaired, and been very happy with the outcome. When I brought them in, Hemad immediately identified their approximate age and country of origin, which just goes to show how expert level they are. Supporting local businesses is important to me, and this is a family operation, which I love.
