The food and service is great but apparently their disregard for protecting customers and staff from the COVID 19 virus is nonexistent. No masks being worn by staff, no distancing, customers not wearing masks

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. The food is definitely worth it but the service can be a little shaky. Sometimes they can take very long to attend to you or bring out your food. The menu has a lot of choices, you probably can’t go wrong with you chose. They also have these music nights, where they bring a musician or band to come play at the restaurant at night.
Don't go there when they are busy.. They seat you in a table forever.I was sitting for 30 minutes and nobody came to ask me at least if I wanted something to drink.i finally left that place without ordering any food.
Good food..HORRIBLE Service. Wife & I went there on 7/28/19 after a friend of ours kept telling us how good the mofongo was. We got there around 2PM and the place was not crowded at all. As I mentioned above the food was good but our server was horrible as well as the overall service. We ordered the mofongo with chicharons as an appetizer to share and let the server know that we would order our entrees afterwards. After taking our appetizer order, she left with what seemed to be an attitude. Our mofongo was delivered about 15 minutes later by our server and we attempted to place our order for our entrees but our server quickly walked away and disappeared into the kitchen area. Long story short..we left without tipping our server because of the piss poor service that she provided during the entire time we were there. Never coming back to check on us, us repeatedly having to flag her down as she walked by to place our order, ask for carry out containers after we finished eating, and to get our bill.
Food was tastetastic. Service was fast and no long wait. I would definitely order again on any non cook meal at home night.
