I don’t have the words to express the gratitude and appreciation from your parts, service and tech. I had a simple task and your shop was busy. I needed to change out a top radiator hose, they allowed and provided buckets and environment soak pads to complete the repair, not a lot of companies would go out of there way, I realize it’s hard to be nice and allow services like this to only have a unappreciated person turn around and bite the hand that fed you, so again thank you you made a repair painless,

Honestly, I was here for 5 days but they had to wait on a part for my truck. I called every day to check on my truck and Tanya was so nice each and every time I called. They are the best Kenworth location I’ve ever been too. They were busy but stayed on top of everything I mean literally was the best communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had been over to the Kenworth location near Monmouth IL and they didn’t fix the issue, they said it wasn’t an issue. I’m happy y’all got me back in my truck and back on the road, I greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much “Peru” team....
Greg, Brandon,Trevor the service guys here (the whole team) were very friendly and very quick to help we had a load that had to be delivered and they quickly helped us. The mechanic Mike was very friendly and well versed in his area of transmission work he came out and explained and showed us in detail what happened and what the process was he went through to fix it and drove it to make sure his work was done professionally done. Steven Shilaita really appreciated all the work you guys did for him at the time of need. Thank you guys so very much.
This is the best kenworth dealer ship I have ever been to the manager is amazing and will do anything in his power to help you I recommend this location thank you guys for awesome service
owners don't trust this dealer I was very disappointed with them the second time I have problems with them after I paid the first bill of 349.78 on 4/20/20, and on 4/24/20 I paid 3,496.44 now I have problems with the starter which they told me they repaired and meowed changed sealing ring on the right wheel the final result is 2 cents, the people who work there are not qualified and do not have experience in work given they can name to drain the world of and nothing more I do not recommend this location
