We are renovating a home in the area of PRVR, and chose this location due to its close proximity to our jobsite, and the listed amenities of wifi (so we could look up/purchase things during downtime from project) onsight laundry, and river frontage. They absolutely delivered on the river frontage, and private patio/deck area. They have one coin operated washer and dryer, at an affordable 1/load/cycle, the included laundry detergent however was missing, then after new bottle delivered and placed in basement laundry room for use, disappeared again before I could gather my next load. I would suggest maybe laundry pods for each unit like they have for the dishwasher. Kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances and nice coffee maker, pots pans, other various cook/serving ware, and glasses, cups, and stem ware. The bedding was neat and comfortable with sufficient extra bedding for the sofa bed. They even had a few throw blankets for snuggling up on the sofa. There were games and movies in our unit as well (not sure if that is included in all of them.) Our sofa was a bit saggy, and the beds were firm, but comfortable (although our headboard was very loose.) Towels were newer and still fluffy. Wifi was a complete bust, never had any service, and was a complete dead zone for my mobile carrier. Nobody parked in the correct parking space, also someone left an alarm set in our kids room that went off at midnight, so that was fun...
